Post Offices to get items to promote 250th anniversary
Decals, posters and other signage are included in the special kit
Post Office retail units and other USPS retail outlets will receive items to help celebrate the organization’s 250-year anniversary.
Among the items in the promotional kit are:
• A “Proudly Delivering for 250 Years” door decal listing holiday closures;
• A poster featuring the limited-edition 250th anniversary stamps; and
• A menu board promoting the USPS Ground Advantage service with the headline “Savings and Reliability, Backed by 250 Years of Experience.”
The promotional kit also has a backroom poster that offers words of gratitude for employees: “250 Years of Service, Because of You.”
The Eagle in Flight anniversary graphic appears on most of the items, and many of the images are complemented by a muted blue-and-white background using U.S. flag imagery.
Retail units should receive the kits by Saturday, July 19.
