The Postal Service recently made the following managerial and supervisory announcements:
• Austin, TX, Postmaster Kirt J. Forsyth has completed a detail assignment as Dallas postmaster and resumed his regular duties.
• Tulsa, OK, Postmaster Nicholas E. James was named Dallas acting postmaster.
• Kristina R. Reynoso, Washington, DC, headquarters processing operations senior director, was named Southeast Division’s processing operations acting senior director.
• Carlo D. Salazar, mail processing division support director, was named Washington, DC, headquarters processing operations acting senior director.
• Melissa Stark, Nevada-Utah District workforce senior planning specialist, was named WestPac Area’s lead field workforce planning specialist.
The Postal Service recently recognized the following employee retirement:
• Sharon M. Young, Southeast Division’s processing operations senior director, will retire Sept. 30 after 33 years of service.
