The Postal Service recently made the following managerial and supervisory announcements:
• Philadelphia Postmaster Christina M. Balliro was named Delaware-Pennsylvania 2 District’s acting manager.
• Timothy N. Brust was named labor relations policies and programs director. He previously served as Central Area’s acting labor relations director.
• Ashley S. Holmes Mullenix, field liaison communications team lead, was named communications content and strategy manager.
• Fernando Mello, retail technology programs manager, was named retail technology modernization in applied engineering acting director.
• Post Office Operations Manager Kourosh A. Najimi was named Philadelphia Post Office’s acting officer in charge.
• Kison E. Shin, retail technology modernization manager, was named delivery and retail modernization in applied engineering acting senior director.
• Michael J. Taylor, strategic initiative project manager, was named logistics policy and standardization acting director.
