In his latest video message to employees, Postmaster General Louis DeJoy encourages employees to participate in the organization’s revamped sales leads program.
Called LEADing Together, the new program combines the Business Connect, Clerks Care, Customer Connect, Mail Handlers, Rural Reach and Submit a Lead programs into one, using a common portal for employees to enter customer information.
“We can do more to fully connect local businesses with the shipping and mailing services that better meet their needs,” DeJoy says in the video.
The video is a follow-up to a letter he sent to Postal Service employees in March touting the program.
