The Postal Service and the National Postal Forum (NPF) will host five free one-hour weekly webinars for business customers.
USPS officers will lead the sessions, which will address a range of topics and feature special guests.
The first webinar will be held Thursday, July 23, from 2-3 p.m. and feature Marketing Vice President Steve Monteith’s conversations with Chief Information Officer Kristin Seaver, the USPS officer who is leading the organization’s response to the coronavirus pandemic, and Chief Customer and Marketing Officer Jakki Krage Strako.
Monteith will then speak to Char Reeves, the USPS team lead for the COVID-19 national sales response, and Vicki Stephen, lead executive for the organization’s small-business strategies. The session will conclude with Monteith’s conversation with Bob Schimek, the industry co-chair for the Mailers’ Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC).
Additional sessions will be held Aug. 6, Aug. 13, Aug. 20 and Aug. 27.
Topics will include innovation and how USPS is investing in the future; providing customers data to increase their return on investment; how the customer experience shapes purchasing decisions; and leading an organization during difficult times.
“This is the perfect opportunity for USPS employees to reach out to our customers and encourage them to register for the NPF summer series,” said Industry Outreach and Engagement Manager Judy de Torok.
Postal Service employees and customers can register to attend any of the sessions on the NPF website.
