New TV ad highlights business deliveries


The Postal Service’s ability to deliver for businesses is the focus of a new TV commercial narrated by PMG Megan J. Brennan.

The 30-second spot highlights the shipping cycle from the time customers order merchandise until the moment USPS delivers their packages.

“Americans are buying more and more of everything online — and so many businesses rely on the United States Postal Service to get it there,” Brennan says in the ad. “Because when you ship with us, your business becomes our business.”

The video shows packages moving through the postal network, employees picking up parcels for delivery and USPS vehicles moving along city streets.

The ad, which is titled Lockstep and began airing last week, is part of a broader campaign to highlight how USPS meets the shipping needs of its business customers.
