Headquarters employees and passersby can get a view of the American Icons stamps featuring images of an American flag, a baseball glove used by Jackie Robinson, a pickup truck, a dog, the Empire State Building, a barn, a Diné (Navajo) blanket, a teddy bear, a lighthouse, a cheeseburger, a sailboat, horses and a knitted flag designed by Ralph Lauren.

The ground-floor windows of USPS headquarters at L’Enfant Plaza in Washington, DC, are now displaying five large images of the recently released American Icons stamps celebrating the nation’s 250th anniversary.

A QR code on each image directs to a post on the USPS Stamps Forever website providing more information about the release, which features images chosen by designer Ralph Lauren.

The 13 images on the stamps are an American flag, a baseball glove used by Jackie Robinson, a pickup truck, a dog, the Empire State Building, a barn, a Diné (Navajo) blanket, a teddy bear, a lighthouse, a cheeseburger, a sailboat, horses and a knitted flag designed by Lauren. The stamps are on a denim patchwork background.

The displays are expected to remain in place throughout the summer.

The organization put up similar window displays to promote the Lowriders stamps issued in March.
