The Postal Service recently made the following managerial and supervisory announcements:
• Lindsey A. Butler was named safety and health programs executive manager. She previously served as labor relations policies and programs acting director.
• Kyle A. Graham, field statistical programs executive manager, was named statistical programs acting senior director. James B. Stout, statistical reporting and design manager, was named field statistical programs acting executive manager.
The Postal Service recently recognized the following award and retirement:
• William R. Allen, Kentucky-West Virginia District consumer affairs manager, received a Chief FOIA Officer’s Award for his efforts to help the organization respond to Freedom of Information Act requests.
• Joseph G. Hurley, statistical programs senior director, retired May 29 after 42 years of service.
