The Postal Service’s Access Registration and Identity Services (ARIS) platform will be offline during a scheduled software upgrade from Friday, June 23, at 9 p.m. Eastern time through Sunday, June 25, at 9 p.m. Eastern time.
ACE users must submit and obtain approval for application access requests before June 23 at 9 p.m. or wait until after the software upgrade is completed.
The software upgrade will not affect users’ access to applications previously granted through ARIS.
During the past year, some eAccess functions have transitioned to ARIS, a secure, user-friendly identity management platform that makes it easier for employees and contractors to request access to applications.
