The USPS Continuous Improvement team is offering a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Train the Trainer session July 7.
The course will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Eastern, via Zoom. It is open to postal employees who have earned a green belt or higher in Lean Six Sigma.
“The Postal Service needs critical thinkers to improve service and safety, and make processes more efficient,” said Diana Allen, a USPS Lean Six Sigma trainer. “Learning Lean Six Sigma is the first step in gaining the foundational knowledge to enable you to become a critical thinker and problem solver in your own work cell and area of influence.”
More information about the training — including the Zoom link and passcode — is available on the Continuous Improvement team’s Lean Six Sigma Trainings Blue page.
