Summertime stress?

Help is available through the EAP

The USPS Employee Assistance Program is available 24/7 for postal workers.

For many, this has been a trying few months. From the images streaming in from Afghanistan to historic wildfires and record heat.

The surge in COVID-19 may also be taking a toll.

The Postal Service wants to remind all workers, and in particular the large number of veterans in its workforce, that the Employee Assistance Program is there to help 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The service is free, voluntary and confidential.

The EAP can be reached at 800-EAP-4YOU (TTY: 877-492-7341).
