USPS is urging employees to complete the Postal Pulse survey before the June 11 deadline.
The survey, which began May 11, allows employees to share observations about their work environments. This feedback helps USPS make positive changes and improvements.
It takes about five minutes to complete the survey, which has 14 questions.
The first question asks employees to rate their overall satisfaction with the Postal Service, while the remaining questions address their views on their workplace.
There’s also a comment box where employees can share feedback in their own words about any positive changes they have seen as a result of improved engagement.
Bargaining employees received the survey at their homes and workplaces, while nonbargaining employees received an email that allows them to complete the survey on a secure site run by Gallup, the organization that conducts the Postal Pulse.
Additionally, all employees can take the survey on LiteBlue.
Although employees have several options to participate, only the first survey received by Gallup for each employee will be counted. Gallup doesn’t share individual employees’ survey responses with USPS.
