USPS is ready to talk business.
The organization’s leaders will meet with nearly 140 postal customer councils (PCCs) from Sept. 23-27 to discuss business strategies and best practices in mailing and shipping.
The meetings, part of National Postal Customer Council Week, aim to put a spotlight on the PCC network, which brings USPS and businesses together to grow the mailing and shipping industry.
This year’s events will build on the theme from the National Postal Forum, held in May: “Growth Driven: Fueling Your Mailing and Shipping Success.”
In addition to highlighting technology and innovations, the meetings will allow USPS leaders to provide updates on the state of the business and plans for new products and services.
National Postal Customer Council Week will also celebrate the recipients of this year’s PCC Leadership Awards, which were announced during the summer.
