In addition to meeting with business customers at the National Postal Forum (NPF) this week, Postmaster General Megan J. Brennan took time to thank employees who worked in retail operations and the USPS exhibit booth.
Brennan visited a special Post Office set up inside the conference hall for attendees who need postal supplies or to ship packages back home.
Additionally, she visited the USPS booth inside the exhibit hall, where attendees learned about Informed Delivery and other new postal offerings.
“The Postal Service employees who participate in the National Postal Forum play an important role,” Brennan said. “They help educate NPF attendees on our products and services and ensure every customer has an excellent experience.”
Employees said they appreciated the opportunity to talk with Brennan.
“I’ve been with the Postal Service for 24 years, and this was the first opportunity I’ve had to meet the PMG,” said Julianna Lange, a New Braunfels, TX, retail associate who is working at the NPF Post Office.
NPF, the mailing and shipping industry’s largest annual conference, will conclude May 9 in San Antonio.
