USPS has introduced Blue and LiteBlue pages to help employees learn more about Informed Delivery.
This optional, free feature provides participating residential consumers with a digital preview of the outside of their incoming letter-sized mail. Consumers can receive these images via email or an online dashboard.
The new Blue and LiteBlue pages offer instructions on how to sign up for the feature, as well as a printable brochure and brief videos that show how consumers are using Informed Delivery.
The feature, which has received several industry awards for mail innovation, is currently available in select ZIP Codes across the United States.
Informed Delivery is expected to expand nationally by late April.
The initiative was announced at last year’s National Postal Forum. Additional information will be distributed as the launch continues.
