More than 200 employees learned how to use the Customer Connect program to boost USPS revenue during a series of recent training seminars.
Customer Connect, a partnership with the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC), encourages letter carriers to identify new business opportunities.
The seminars were held by Western Area’s Northland District and featured presentations from Marketing, Sales and Consumer and Industry Affairs representatives. Attendees included Postmasters, Customer Connect coordinators, retail associates, carriers and more.
Northland District Manager Tony Williams organized the meetings with Minnesota Letter Carrier Troy Fredenburg, a regional administrative assistant for Customer Connect, and NALC National Business Agent Chris Wittenburg.
