USPS to hold 51 career conferences
This year’s theme is ‘Own Your Path to Success’
The Postal Service is encouraging employees to attend one of the 51 career conferences it has planned this year.
This year’s theme, “Own Your Path to Success,” highlights the value of self-directed action. Each event will include networking opportunities and interactive sessions designed to provide employees with tools and resources to support career growth.
Two new sessions for 2026 are “The Power of Civility in Leadership,” which offers insights on combining civility with ability to strengthen collaboration and teamwork, and “Level-Up,” which discusses the ways preparation paves the way to success.
The 2026 conferences run from April through August and allow participants to:
• Network with Postal Service leaders;
• Explore career opportunities and advancement resources;
• Learn about potential career paths;
• Receive a professional headshot; and
• Learn about the application and interview process, career development tools and more.
“Career conferences support employee growth and career development by opening doors to new possibilities and pathways,” said Jenny Utterback, the Postal Service’s organization development vice president. “With record participation and engagement in 2025, we are excited to build on that momentum and aim for even higher participation and engagement this year.”
Employees can access rsvpBOOK, the website for events information, through Blue or LiteBlue by selecting the “Career Conferences” banner.
The secure rsvpBook website offers a list of available dates and locations, along with information on registration, which will begin in March.
Career conferences are open to all Postal Service employees; attendance is voluntary and off the clock.

USPS celebrates these customized cars with five stamps
The Postal Service has released a video about its new Lowriders stamps.
The five Forever stamps celebrate the customized vintage lowrider cars and the culture that surrounds them.
The 3-minute video shows recent and archival footage of lowriders cruising the streets and on display at shows.
The video also features comments from Gary Barksdale, chief of the Postal Inspection Service; Alberto Lopez Pulido, an ethnic studies professor at the University of San Diego; and Rigoberto “Rigo” Reyes, co-founder of Amigos Car Club in San Diego.
“These cars are rolling canvases. They represent a culture born out of the Chicano movement in the Southwest during the 1940s and 1950s,” Barksdale says in the video.

Looking for a special greeting for St. Patrick’s Day?
These Post Offices have a connection to the Irish-celebrating holiday
St. Patrick’s Day — Tuesday, March 17 — is a time of celebration, whether you’re Irish by birth or just for the day, and many do so by way of the U.S. Mail.
“We have seen an increase in its popularity and the greeting cards available for the occasion,” said Carlos LLansó, executive director of the Greeting Card Association.
And what better way to set a St. Patrick’s Day greeting card apart than with an Irish-themed postmark?
There are several to choose from, including St. Patrick, MO; Limerick, ME; Clover in South Carolina and Virginia; Erin in New York and Tennessee; Green in Kansas and Ohio; Ireland in Indiana and West Virginia; and Shamrock in Oklahoma and Texas.
You could also get a Dublin postmark in seven states: Indiana, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia.
“St. Pat’s cards can sell in every corner of the country — even if they are especially popular in Boston,” LLansó said.
