Postal Service employees may participate in an upcoming webinar that will offer tips on keeping your mind and body healthy as you age.
The session, “Healthy Aging,” will be held Wednesday, Sept. 24, from noon to 1 p.m. Eastern.
The discussion will be led by representatives from CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, a provider of health plans for federal employees, and FX Well, a wellness service provider.
Participants must register before the event on the webinar website.
Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees must participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
