The Postal Service will dedicate its 250 Years of Delivering stamps and “Putting a Stamp on the American Experience” prestige booklet on Wednesday, July 23, in Washington, DC.
The event will be held at noon Eastern outside USPS headquarters, located at 475 L’Enfant Plaza SW.
