• Adam E. Briones was named corporate accounting manager. He previously served as lease accounting manager.

• Michael A. Calabrese was named integrated operations and planning director. He previously served as the Bethpage, NY, Processing and Distribution Center plant manager.

• Michael A. Chestnut was named rural delivery director. He previously served as rural delivery strategy and policy manager.

• Brian B. Code, customer products and fulfillment cost management center manager, was named acting commercial products and services portfolio director.

• Sarah L. Dumais was named external reporting and technical accounting manager. She previously served as external reporting and account reconciliation manager.

• Stephen K. Hurley, headquarters facility services director, retired after 19 years with the Postal Service.

• Diane M. Ingland, Arkansas-Oklahoma District manager, retired after 34 years with the Postal Service.

• Stephen A. Kochersperger, the USPS historian, received the Charles A. Fricke Award for an article published in La Posta: The Journal of American Postal History. The article describes how llamas are used to pack mail to LeConte Lodge, the highest elevation guest lodge in Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

• Jeffrey A. Kyer II, change management director, was named acting training director. Tonia L. Bridges, field human resources program manager, was named acting change management director.

• Oklahoma City Postmaster Marcia J. Titus retired after 25 years with USPS. Melissa L. Pfluke, delivery operations support manager, was named Oklahoma City’s acting postmaster.

• Mark W. Worrall, retail, healthcare and federal accounts director, retired after 25 years of federal service.
