The Postal Service will dedicate its Kwanzaa stamp on Wednesday, Sept. 25, in Pittsburgh.
The ceremony will be held at 12:30 p.m. Eastern at the Heinz History Center.
The speakers will include Roderick Sallay, the Postal Service’s legislative policy and strategic development director.
