The Postal Service will dedicate Year of the Dragon, the latest stamp in the Lunar New Year series, on Thursday, Jan. 25.
The ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Pacific at the International District/Chinatown Community Center in Seattle, located at 719 Eighth Ave. S.
The speakers will include Eduardo H. Ruiz Jr., WestPac Area vice president.
