Postmaster General Louis DeJoy’s latest employee video message focuses on the Postal Service’s efforts to communicate effectively.
As he explains, USPS is using its voice to build support from lawmakers, the mailing industry and the news media for Delivering for America, the organization’s plan to transform and modernize.
The video also features comments from Peter Pastre, government relations and public policy vice president; Judy de Torok, corporate affairs vice president; and Jeffery Adams, corporate communications vice president.
The five-minute video, which debuted Aug. 9, is the fourth in a series that will be released throughout the summer.
The previous videos addressed product and service improvements, delivery and retail changes and network improvements.
