The USPS Benefits and Wellness Team partnered with GEHA on the Well Traveled challenge earlier this year and the results are in.
The challenge consisted of a six-week interactive virtual trip and ran from Sept. 12 through Oct. 23.
Each day, participants visited a new attraction as they recorded physical activity, dollar-stretching activities and “acts of humility,” such as showing interest in others and accepting constructive feedback.
A total of 497,230,404 steps were taken by 2,109 employees. Participants also logged 26,641 dollar-saving activities and 26,721 acts of humility.
