The Postal Service’s Corporate Communications department has won gold in the Best Government/Public Service Campaign category in the Bulldog PR Awards, an annual acknowledgment of the best in public relations.
The department’s field communication team was recognized for focusing on how much customers appreciate USPS, seeing it as a valued and trusted agency, especially during the coronavirus pandemic.
A detailed report on the vision, methods and results of the campaign were submitted along with examples of employees featured in internal and external news stories.
