Dakotas (98.98 percent) topped the districts, while Western (97.81 percent) led the areas.

- Never respond to unsolicited requests for your name, birthdate, bank account or other personal information
- Protect mobile devices by enabling security features
- Create complex passwords
- Change passwords when your account with a company has been breached
