Leah Williams, a retail associate at the Easton, IL, Post Office, noticed that a customer in the lobby looked unwell.
When Williams checked on her, the woman said she needed an ambulance.
Williams called 911, and emergency responders took the customer to a hospital after detecting a heart problem.
In Media, PA, Carrier Technician Francis Dudley was delivering mail when he spotted an unconscious man slumped over in a parked car.
Dudley rushed to a nearby residence to get help and stayed on the scene until emergency responders arrived.
The man, an overdose victim, did not survive.
