A husband and wife were picking up their mail at the Laughlin, NV, Post Office recently when the man collapsed, striking his head on the floor.
After 911 was called, retail associates Jewelynn Nakanishi and Alfredo Sarabia rendered first aid.
They performed CPR on the man, who had stopped breathing and was turning purple, until emergency responders arrived.
“The quick, commendable response of these two possibly saved a life,” local Postmaster Terri Torrence said.
