Stamps.com plans to purchase Endicia for $215 million, uniting two leaders in the online shipping sector.
Both companies are USPS-approved PC Postage vendors and provide services such as online postage and tracking for retailers.
Stamps.com serves mostly small businesses, while Endicia focuses on high-volume shippers, the industry news site EcommerceBytes reported.
Last year, Stamps.com bought two smaller companies, ShipWorks and ShipStation.
