ServiceNow, the USPS cloud-based systems platform, was recently certified under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP).
FedRAMP is a government-wide program that provides standardized security and continuous monitoring of cloud-based products and services.
Postal Service leaders say the certification represents a major milestone in the development of the organization’s cloud-based systems and its ongoing efforts to secure data.
ServiceNow also provides Postal Service users with access to services such as IT Self Help, mobile electronics ordering and audio/visual and personal computing services.
