Fayetteville, NY, Letter Carrier David Barron was driving on his route when a customer flagged him down to help a man lying unresponsive on the snowy ground. Barron and a neighbor performed CPR until emergency responders arrived. The man was taken to a hospital where he recovered from a heart attack.
