The Postal Service will dedicate its U.S. Coast Guard Academy stamp on Saturday, Sept. 12, in New London, CT.
The event will be held at 10 a.m. Eastern at the New London Waterfront Park during the Connecticut Maritime Heritage Festival at 1 Waterfront Park St.
