Oh, the places you’ll go

I have a Post Office Box customer who’s an Army veteran and a history buff. I was excited to tell him about Oscar Scott Woody, the postal clerk who perished on the Titanic. He then filled me in on even more historical facts about USPS and the interesting places that we’ve shown up. I learned a bunch of cool facts and made a meaningful connection with an awesome regular.
