The USPS Material Distribution Center recently launched a new order-tracking system and dashboard that is available to all employees.

A new digital dashboard allows users to search for information on orders shipped from the Topeka, KS, Material Distribution Center.

The center, also known as the MDC, sends parts and equipment to USPS facilities across the nation.

The Topeka MDC Orders & Tracking Dashboard has three views:

• Fedstrip Search lets users cross-reference and validate Federal Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedure data points and search for associated orders;

• Topeka MDC Order Status (2 Years) provides a rolling two years of historical order information; and

• Topeka MDC Orders & Tracking (120 Days), which combines order information from the past four months with outbound shipment data and displays critical metrics such as recent tracking scans.

The new app was created by Supply Management’s Asset Management Data and Analytics team and updates daily at 7 a.m. Central.

The dashboard is available to all employees, and there is a training video that walks users through the dashboard’s features.
