I was very surprised and impressed when I noticed the special 250th anniversary cancellation mark. I was a part-time USPS employee in Ohio during my college years in the ’60s, and I always remember it as my favorite job. I loved delivering mail and seeing the smiles on recipients’ faces when I handed them their letters. I was so pleased to see your special effort to celebrate our nation’s important birthday.
