• Michael A. Swigart, continuity and preparedness executive director, retired after 18 years with the Postal Service. Jude M. Plessas was named the continuity and preparedness executive director; he previously served as policy and planning director.
• Gregory J. Tate, the St. Paul, MN, Network Distribution Center’s plant manager, was named the St. Paul Processing and Distribution Center’s acting plant manager. Jill L. Rollenhagen, the St. Paul Network Distribution Center’s processing support manager, was named the facility’s acting plant manager.
