Postal Service employees may participate in an upcoming webinar on effective written and verbal communications in the workplace, as well as the importance of being a good listener.
The session, “Communication Skills,” will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 24, at 12:30 p.m. Eastern.
Representatives from DeVry University will lead the webinar.
Participants must register before the event on the webinar website.
Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees must be off the clock or on authorized breaks.
