The Postal Service will dedicate its First Continental Congress, 1774, stamp on Thursday, Sept. 5, in Philadelphia.
The ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Eastern at Carpenters’ Hall, located at 320 Chestnut St.
The speakers will include Roman Martinez IV, chairman of the USPS Board of Governors.
