• Steven A. Grant, the Queens, NY, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager, was named the Richmond, VA, Processing and Distribution Center’s acting plant manager.
• Stephen J. Humin, New York Metro Division’s senior processing director, was named South Atlantic Division’s acting senior processing director. Steven F. Wojtaszek, plant manager at the Morgan Processing and Distribution Center in New York City, was named New York Metro Division’s acting senior processing director.
