Representatives from other countries attended this year’s National Postal Forum, including Jamaica, Costa Rica, Ukraine and the Switzerland-based Universal Postal Union, or UPU.

“We are so pleased that representatives from posts around the world found value in participating in our event,” said Judy de Torok, the USPS corporate affairs vice president.

In addition to taking in Postmaster General Louis DeJoy’s keynote address, the representatives “networked and attended several workshops on new technology and shipping solutions,” she said. “They learned a lot and offered us valuable perspectives in return.”

NPF, the mailing and shipping industry’s largest annual conference, was held in Indianapolis in June.
