• Robert S. Manier, Maine-New Hampshire-Vermont District manager, was named Massachusetts-Rhode Island District’s acting manager. El Paso, TX, Postmaster Cindi J. Tabbot was named Maine-New Hampshire-Vermont District’s acting manager.
• William Schwartz, Idaho-Montana-Oregon District manager, will retire Friday, June 28, after more than 30 years with USPS.
