Telework training due by June 13

USPS employees and contractors who work remotely must complete every-other-year telework training by Thursday, June 13.

The course, called CyberSafe Teleworking: Working Remotely, is for employees and contractors with virtual private network or virtual desktop infrastructure and who are approved for telework.

The training covers teleworking responsibilities, the importance of communicating effectively, the applications that need to be always on, and tips for creating an effective at-home workspace, staying safe online and protecting devices and data.

It also covers the knowledge needed and the process details to telework securely.

The course is available through HERO on the MyHR website.
