This edition features an in-depth conversation with Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, who discusses the organization’s progress under the Delivering for America plan, the state of the Postal Service and what’s in store next year.
Other articles focus on the organization’s efforts to create a modern, best-in-class network and the role of sustainability as a driving force in the Postal Service’s transformation.
