Delivery data, Voyager Portal also highlighted

WestPac was the area leader in scanning during the week ending Dec. 8, while California 6 finished first among the districts.

Scanning snapshot. A snapshot of Postal Service scanning data shows the national rating was 95.30 percent during the week ending Dec. 8, down 0.37 percent from one week earlier.

The data was collected Dec. 13.

WestPac led the four areas with a rating of 96.54 percent, while Southern ranked last with a 93.77 percent rating.

Among the 50 districts, California 6, part of WestPac Area, ranked first with a 97.59 percent rating, while Illinois 1, part of Central Area, ranked last with an 89.58 percent rating.

Scanning data allows customers to track their mail and packages, which helps USPS deliver excellent service, boost loyalty and drive revenue.

To see the latest data, go to the Informed Visibility website and select “Customer Experience,” followed by “DES 2 Scan Performance.” Postal Service employees must request Informed Visibility access through eAccess.

Delivery data. From Oct. 1-Dec. 1, the Postal Service delivered 87.1 percent of First-Class Mail on time when compared with the organization’s service standard, according to data released last week.

During the same period, USPS delivered 94 percent of Marketing Mail and 83.3 percent of Periodicals on time, the figures show.

Voyager update. The Postal Service wants managers at sites that use Voyager credit cards to know that the Fleet Commander Online system is now called Voyager Portal. The features and functionality of the fleet management site have not changed.
