‘Eating 9-5’

Webinar to be held Oct. 17

The webinar will discuss how choosing the right foods can boost concentration and productivity.

Postal Service employees can participate in a webinar on the challenge of choosing food wisely while at work.

The session, “Eating 9-5: Solutions for Workplace Challenges,” will be held Oct. 17 at noon Eastern.

GEHA, a not-for-profit provider of health plans for federal employees, will conduct the webinar, which will explore how the right foods can improve health, concentration and productivity.

Participants must register before the event on the webinar website. You can also register on the Wellness page on LiteBlue.

After signing up, directions for accessing the webinar will be emailed to each registrant.

Following the event, the webcast will be available for on-demand access.

Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees may participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
