In his latest video message for USPS employees, Postmaster General Louis DeJoy discusses the organization’s efforts to strengthen its workforce and finances.
As DeJoy explains, under the Delivering for America plan, the Postal Service has reversed its downward trajectory and improved its service, operational and financial performance.
The video also features comments from Doug Tulino, deputy postmaster general and chief human resources officer; Joseph Corbett, chief financial officer; and Luke Grossmann, finance and strategy senior vice president.
The six-minute video, which debuted Aug. 23, is the fifth and final in a series released this summer.
The previous videos addressed communications, product and service improvements, delivery and retail changes and network improvements.
