Board game takes on solved cases

True Crime Stories encourages players to use strategy to solve mysteries that are based on Postal Inspection Service cases.

USPS has licensed a new Postal Inspection Service-themed detective game.

True Crime Stories by Big Potato Games, for ages 14 and up, encourages budding postal inspectors to use strategy to solve mysteries.

“The latest licensed USPS product is the first collaboration with the Postal Inspection Service and spotlights the nation’s oldest federal law enforcement agency, with the hope of raising brand awareness,” said Amity Kirby, the Postal Service’s licensing manager.

Big Potato Games consulted postal inspectors and based the game on previously solved cases.

Sources to purchase True Crime Stories include Walmart.com, Kohl’s and select Walmart stores.

The Big Potato Games YouTube channel has a video about True Crime Stories.

USPS has licensed other games over the years, including The Great American Mail Race and the U.S. stamps edition of Monopoly.
