Webinar on food choices is July 25

The webinar will explore how small changes to cooking and shopping habits can create healthier meals.

Postal Service employees can participate in an upcoming webinar on how to make small changes to cooking and shopping habits to create healthier meals.

The session, “Swap-ortunities for Health,” will be held July 25 at noon Eastern.

Representatives from GEHA, a not-for-profit provider of health plans for federal employees, will explore how tools such as Guiding Stars can help users make healthful eating choices.

Participants must register before the event on the webinar website.

Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees may only participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
