Alhambra, CA, Post Office Customer Services Supervisor Jennifer Cabrera — highlighted in the “A warmer welcome” article — did an amazing job creating welcome guides for new hires. I feel the guides are long overdue and will make a huge difference in employee retention rates. I hope to see them in our area.
