Postal Service employees are invited to participate in an upcoming webinar about the importance of taking care of themselves.
The session, “Resilience and Self-Care,” will be held Tuesday, May 23, at noon Eastern.
The USPS Health and Wellness Team partnered with Aetna to offer the webinar as part of the organization’s observance of Mental Health Awareness Month.
The webinar will explore skills to build resilience and discuss the qualities of resilient people that help them bounce back from negative life events. Attendees will also learn the importance of saying no and how to set healthy boundaries as a form of self-care.
Participants must register before the event on the webinar website.
Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees may only participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
